Four programs will move up from FCS to FBS for the 2012 college football season:

The Massachusetts Minutemen will join the Mid-America Conference's East Division.
The South Alabama Jaguars will join the Sunbelt Conference.
The Texas State Bobcats will join the Western Athletic Conference.
The University of Texas-San Antonio Roadrunners will join the Western Athletic Conference.
